Welcome to IPPulse. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use IPPulse solely for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using our services (such as the Port Checker) to:

  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of networks or servers without explicit authorization.
  • Conduct DDoS attacks or other malicious activities.
  • Bypass or attempt to bypass the server-side requests forgery (SSRF) protections.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate IP bans and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

2. Accuracy of Information

IPPulse aggregate data from various third-party intelligence providers (including `ip-api.com` and `proxycheck.io`). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. IP intelligence data is inherently fluid and should be treated as an estimate rather than an absolute fact.

3. Limitation of Liability

IPPulse and its creators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or resulting from any data gathered from the service. You use the tools provided at your own risk.

4. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to impose rate limits or restrict access to prevent abuse.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Check back periodically as these terms may be updated.
